Al Nawras Island Luxury Resort

A world-renowned Hotel Operator is in the process of developing a new resort on the private Al Nawras Island in Abu Dhabi. This will mark the debut of the Hotel Operator’s new brand in the UAE, aiming to become a standout gem in Abu Dhabi's upscale hotel scene. The envisioned project involves the transformation of an existing private island, expanding its area from approximately 477,000m² to about 520,000m², encompassing both on-shore and off-shore spaces.

The upcoming all-villa resort is set to feature 80 meticulously designed accommodations, including VIP villas, beach villas, and glamping tents, as well as a 450-square-meter Royal Villa. The resort will offer a diverse range of activities, such as three swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts, and a sophisticated spa for holistic well-being. The island will boast two signature restaurants, two bars, and an exclusive beach club. Catering to families, the resort will also include a kids' club, splash pad, and children's pool.
