Details of the project
The SAFA two tower is Damac Properties new venture in Dubai. Its unique architectural design, combining fluidity and futuristic elements, was inspired by a creation by the designer of the iconic GRISOGONO jewellery brand, partner in the project. With a total height of about 336 meters, the project consists of one L-shaped tower configured as one Basement, a Ground Floor, ten podiums, 76 floors dominated crown structure Roof, with a terrace offering panoramic views over the city. At the top, the tower will be linked to its twin, SAFA One, by an electric lift.
The tower will feature flats of all sizes, fully customisable and modular. It will offer its residents all kinds of amenities: spa and wellness services, an exclusive fitness clubhouse, a fine selection of cafés and restaurants in the building, not to mention a suspended infinity pool at the heart of the tower.
