The complex consists of 3 towers: the Tubular Tower reaches a height of 285 metres for 61 floors, the Central Tower is 211 metres high for 49 floors, and the Beach Tower stands at 205 metres for 28 floors. They all stand on a podium is 282m long and 84m wide and consists of basement, ground and 14 floors.

The complex comprises 1,260 one- to three-bedrooms apartments, with panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and some of Dubai’s most famous landmarks. It will also feature a wide range of shops, restaurants and fitness facilities, including parks, a beach club, swimming pools and sports fields.
