Project details

The Arabian Construction Co. a company based in Abu Dhabi, was awarded by the luxury brand Rotana the construction of is very first 5-star tower hotel in Jordan, developed with Emirates Tourism Investment Company. In the sky of the capital, the high-rise building stands out with its curved, slender silhouette. At 188 metres, it is the tallest building in the country. Its aluminium sunshades complete its distinctive look and make it an impressive landmark visible from the desert.

Spanning a total surface area of 65,000 m², the hotel features 412 luxurious rooms and suites distributed across 50 floors. Each room is adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breath-taking views of the city. The hotel is set to provide an array of services to its guests, including diverse culinary experiences, state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities such as the Monarch Ballroom, as well as amenities like a gym, spa, and a pool deck.
